2nd Place at the Welsh Face Awards Welsh Face & Body Painting Festival 08 To the theme of 'Ancient Civilisations' I painted an Egyptian 'Circle of Life'. (Life giving sun leading down a Pharaoh face to a mummy, entering the next life in a pyramid with the life giving Nile leading back up to the night sky.) Delighted to be 1 point below the World Champion!

5th, World Face Painting Awards 2007
The theme was 'Dreams & Illusions". I designed a face based on the Native American Dreamcatcher legends, with bad dreams being trapped in the web and destroyed by the rising sun, as good dreams escaped into the dreamer. Thanks to the lovely model Sonja!
